We’ve been busy planning at TPA HQ and are excited to announce that WWC25 applications will open at 18:00 on Friday 1st November. We will again use a weighted lottery to distribute places, which you can read more about here.
The lottery will remain open until 22:00 on Saturday 30th November. We will announce who has been successful by Friday 6th December. As with last year, we encourage everyone to apply.
We’re also thrilled to announce that we will have our first ever manned checkpoint at Wild West Country next year! This quaint cottage was an old school and sits in a tiny hamlet, with sheep and ponies wandering across the moor in front.
While it’s a little too small to accommodate riders who want to sleep, it will offer somewhere to fill bottles, quickly charge devices or grab a brownie. And just as importantly, it gives a tangible halfway point to aim for.
Entries for both of our other events will open next month, as we finalise a few things. In particular, we are exploring moving the MOTM start/finish to a new location that will result in a shorter loop. As soon as we have more details about this, we will share them.
TPA25 entries will open on 15th November 2024 and MOTM25 entries will open on 22nd November 2024.
