Applications for Wild West Country 2024 are now open. As you may already know, for 2024 we’re switching to an application process using a weighted lottery system, after two years of a first-come approach. You can read more about how this will work and why we’re making this change here.
This change also means there is no need to rush! You have until the end of November to enter and we will then confirm who has been successful by 7th December.
I’m also pleased to announce we are partnering with The Bike Drop, a Community Interest Company (CIC) currently operating out of Brimscombe Mill in the Cotswolds. In the New Year, they will be opening a new location in Cirencester, my hometown, and this is where the start and/or finish checkpoints will be located for all our events next year, including WWC24. As part of this new partnership, every rider’s entry will pay forward a meal to benefit a member of the local community who needs it. This will be via The Long Table, another CIC that operates alongside The Bike Drop.
